• On the session of June 3, we will discuss Stalnaker, but I propose to read an easier (but not less interesting) paper by him, which you can download from this page. I will basically make a summary of both articles, but you should probably start with "Pragmatic presuppositions" and then try reading "On the representation of context".
• A new change of plan: on Wednesday 13.05, Daniel will present "Conversational Implicature" and we will discuss about the border wars ;-)
• The handout with the summary of Chierchia & McConnell-Ginet is available to download! I've realized that it's pretty long, so it's better if we don't rush it and devote to the chapter two sessions: 29.04 and 06.05.
• I have also uploaded the paper that Gutzi proposed, by kent Bach. We'll discuss on Wednesday when we can discuss it.
• I've posted the preliminary program for the Seminar. You can download the papers and, soon, also the handouts. Stay tuned for more updates!
